POLICIES

Cancellation policy

1

Out of respect for our teachers’ time, we require a 24 hour notice for cancelled lessons, otherwise you will be charged. Please note that if the student has a viral illness, that you will be required to cancel the lesson, and will be charged without 24 hours notice.

If 24 hour notice is given, you will not be charged for the lesson. Your teacher will then see you the following week at your scheduled time.

Lessons on Thanksgiving and Christmas are automatically cancelled. If you would like to cancel for any other holidays, 24 hours notice is required.

Payment

2

Payment will be billed monthly, to your email on file. Invoices are due within 30 days to the provided payment methods in the invoice. Overdue invoices will incur a 15% fee per month past due. Rates are subject to change, and will be communicated prior to any services provided with a change in rate. You will pay your teacher through Wishing Well, not directly.

Engagement Policy

3

Our relationship with our teachers is very important to us. Because of this, you agree not to directly or indirectly engage a Wishing Well teacher for lessons or other work and acknowledge that such action would constitute a breach of this agreement.
